It is always enjoyable to work on a wedding invitation project because the creation of a map is almost always involved. I delight in any cartography project because it gives me the chance to observe the details of an area with which I may not be familiar. This time it was not the case, as this wedding was held in the riverfront area of my hometown. It can be a confusing area for first-time visitors, so the map simplified the surroundings and highlighted the destinations of importance with the use of simple icons and styles for the variety of roads.
